of part-time
Police Assistant/Code Assistant
Applicants for Police Assistant should have working knowledge
of the different reporting systems (Jnet & Visual Alert) along with
Police Policies and Procedures.
He or she would also need to be able to obtain, at least, an FBI
Clearance within the first few months of being hired.
Applicants for Code Assistant must be able to multi-task and deal with the public well, have a working knowledge of Quickbooks (preferred), and experience in clerical duties (scanning and filing records). Applications may be obtained at the Mahanoy City Police Department
or at the Mahanoy City Borough Hall 239 E. Pine Street,
Mahanoy City, PA between the hours of 8:30 a.m. And 4:00 p.m.
