POSITION OPENING: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Schuylkill Community Action, a private non-profit corporation, is searching for a Full Time Executive Director.
Responsibilities include, the oversight of a 3 to 4 million-dollar budget comprised of at least 40 grant contracts from federal, state, local and private funding sources. Shall oversee a staff of 42 employees, and directly supervise 6 administrative level staff. The Executive Director is tasked with carrying out the policies of a 21-member Board of Directors.
Position is required to possess, at minimum, a four-year college degree with extensive management experience in the human services related field. A full job description can be found on our website @
