to join our kitchen staff.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:
* Cleaning dishes, silverware, pots,
pans, etc.; machines and
appliances used in the kitchen
and kitchen areas as needed.
* Unloading and storing deliveries
* Sweeping and mopping floors
* Taking out the trash and rinsing
garbage cans
* Light kitchen prep of menu items

Food Prep Responsibilities:
* Prepare food for service
(e.g. chopping vegetables,
butchering meat,
or preparing sauces)
* Answer, report and follow
executive or sous chefs
instructions
* Clean up station and take care
of leftover food
* Stock inventory appropriately
