TAX CLERK
The City of Pottsville is looking for a detail-oriented individual with good communications skills to fill the full-time position of Tax Clerk. This employee will facilitate the collection of City taxes and miscellaneous fees. Primary duties include interacting with the public, posting transactions, data entry, balancing and reconciling accounts. High School diploma, and a minimum of two years of experience in office environment. The successful candidate will establish and maintain residency within a five-mile radius of the City of Pottsville within 6 months of employment. Job descriptions are available at the Office of the City Clerk between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
