Williams Forestry and Associates LLC Multiple Forestry Crew Leader positions, permanent, full-time. Provided daily transport to/from the worksite; position located at: 673 N State Street, Millville, PA 17846; Columbia County, PA. Continue into various areas in: FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, WV. Oversee small crew of forestry laborers & perform duties for reforestation: Spraying/injecting vegetation w/ herbicides to reduce competing vegetation. Clear vegetation/ thinning. Dig holes all day to plant seedlings w/o J/U root using hand planting tool(s) in forest environment in various weather/terrain conditions & other related Forest and Conservation activities per SOC/OES 45-4011 (onetonline.org). Monitor proper equipment/personal safety measures are followed. Inspect & maintain equipment. Coordinate daily crew time-sheets; paperwork. Assist/monitor loading of tools, gas, equipment & stock as needed. Oversee quality control. Bid on projects. Drive trucks. Must have 12 Months experience as forestry worker. No education reqmt. Must be able to stand long hours & work hot/cold temperatures & lift up to 50 lbs. No education reqmt. Salary: $34,986 to $64,397/year Possible daily/weekly hrs: 8AM-5PM. 40+ (plus) to include lunch break, M-F. Possible weekend/holiday work. OT possible, not required/guaranteed.
