BOROUGH MANAGER

The Ashland Borough, population 2817, is accepting resumes for the Position of Borough Manager. Ashland provides police, fire, public works, sewer, water, code, recreation and municipal waste services. Annual budget is $3M with 10 full-time and several part-time employees. Manager is responsible for supervision and administration of government activities including but not limited to general governance, financial management, purchasing, personnel management, public works and parks. The Manager reports to a seven-member Council. Must be computer literate and skilled in verbal & written communication along with abilities to represent the Borough within and out of the community as is required. Education in the field or an equivalent combination of supervisory and municipal experience required. Salary commensurate with qualifications. Potential for residency requirement may apply.
